NSC Plastic Products & Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is a plastic products manufacturers in Selangor. Established in Malaysia-Puchong since 1995, NSC Plastic Products & Engineering Sdn Bhd. (short for NSC) is specialized in developing all kind of precision molds as well as manufacturing and supplying plastic packaging more than 25 years.
At present, our factory covers more than 1.275 acre, with construction area over 1317 sqm, about 30 employee and equipped with 18 units of advanced modern equipment, including injection workshop, blowing workshop, silkscreen workshop, assembly workshop and mold-making workshop. In line with expansion plans, the company continues to increase productivity and operational efficiency by sophisticated machines and equipment to meet the ever demanding market needs, thereby maintaining products’ competitive costs.
We advocate one-stop services from placing an order, mold design , cnc, wire cut, to the end of mold trial. Provide comprehensive mold-making service to satisfy our customer.
Just leave your mold in our factory let us doing mass production (Injection/Blowing) services for you. In addition, we have advance robots arm system enhance capacity and lower your costing.
We practise total quality management philosophy in all aspects of our operations.Our team of trained QA/QC technical and production staff are constantly conducting checks for incoming QC, in process QC and outgoing QC.
We also provide In-House Packaging Services (E.g: automation sticker labelling, pack in carton box or plastic bag, silk-screen printing and etc) to your product to be the competitive edge needed to make it in today’s competitive marketplace.
